• Speak with Shihan Masi, Shihan Fine, Sensei Smith or Sensei Waldhauer.

Register by Telephone:

• Call 631.261.4229 and have a credit card handy.

Register by Mail:

1. Print THIS registration form
2. Print THIS Camp Suigetsu Waiver form (1 for each person you register)
3. Fill in the forms and mail with your check or money order to: Suigetsu Dojo, 80-B Broadway, Greenlawn NY 11740

***Important note to Suigetsu Dojo parents/students and local friends- please do not use the online registration link! Instead, register in person at the dojo or by phone.
